A new 24 story condo highrise in San Francisco’s culturally rich SoMa neighborhood, a block from the SFMOMA and Yerba Buena gardens, it is the vision of Jackson Pacific Ventures.  Tom Eliot Fisch was brought on in late 2009 to render interior design services for four model units. We developed a unique scheme for each unit, targeting  prospective buyers in a diverse and changing neighborhood.  In 2012 we were brought back on to outfit the Penthouse. My role included concept & portrait of buyers, finish selection, furniture & accessory selection, purchasing, art selection, budgeting, scheduling and installation.
